Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten recently opened his doors in Miami’s St. Regis Hotel. Since then, it has seemed that the overall culinary scene here has been elevated. Coincidence? Perhaps—but one thing is for sure: J&G Grill will be a fabulous dining experience no matter what. The truffle pizza is a must for your starter. The meat dishes are exceptional, but the black cod is the direction you’ll want to go. Pair that with some black truffle cheese fritters, and you are on your way to food heaven.
