Local before arrival
With the opening of the first of four houses in Hamburg, hotelier Kai Hollman announced the design of his buildings as early as 2000. Atria and galleries create an inspiring atmosphere in the interior of the historic supply building of a former coal warehouse. Red bricks harmonize with the carpets in the living areas of the loft studios and casual flowing curtains frame the large windows.
