On Fridays, the chefs aren't really chefs, and the diners carry their plates themselves. For ten years, founders Michael Riedel and Thomas Friemel have been inviting artists to prepare dinner while guests eat, relax, and socialize in the backyard. During the week, they offer lunch specials – but don’t come late, because they don't take reservations.
