When the brewery De Koninck drew its first beer from the draft, no one could have ever thought that this noble brew would ever be presented like this. Centuries-old brewing techniques have been reinterpreted by a group of indulgence pioneers, making a visit to this traditional brewery into a one-of-a-kind experience. The 18,000 sq. m. space is a creative temple for a cheesemonger, a butcher, a chocolatier, a restaurant, a cookbook author, a cycle shop and a brasserie. Visitors can shop, gourmandise or partake in one of the free tours offered by the brewery. It’s easy to spend the whole day here.
