The old-west bar and funhouse-style main room are more odd than appealing, but nobody comes for the interior. They come because it’s the city’s best spot for punk, indie, country, and rock, six nights a week, in an intimate club where there are no bad seats in the house. Past “before-they-were-famous” acts include Marilyn Manson, the White Stripes, Green Day, Arcade Fire, and too many more to count. If the crowd gets too heavy, the outdoor patio is ideal for a smoke and some conversation.
