Wrenkh was Vienna’s first vegetarian wholefood restaurant. Even though meat and fish are by now on the menu, the kitchen still offers the course “meatless joy”: a competent, delicious and convivial introduction into the art of chopping vegetables. In December, visitors are attracted by courses for making Christmas specialties, from carp fillet and flambéed curry rum prawns right up to the perfect goose.
