Mardi Gras’ design was created by Tokyoite owner Ko Yamazaki himself. The result was a bit of colonial style, a bit of cigar lounge, a bit of New Orleans. It is a pleasure to sit at the bar in front of the artful pattern of the brick wall and watch the bartenders’ precise cocktail artistry and ice carving.
