Local before arrival
Some have it, others don’t. Salute has it! Its easy-going nonchalance is what makes this little wine bar so delightful, with its thick sausages dangling from the roof beams. Luca and Sammi don’t bother with a wine list. You can just grab your own bottles from the shelves and order simple tapas and pizza as accompaniments. As soon as the sun sets, the place gets so busy that in recent months Salute has expanded beyond the sunroom and courtyard.
