Rome’s offshoot of the Florentine ice-cream parlor opened in May 2014. Founder Simone Bonini insists on natural ingredients and offers about 15 changing flavors. A display shows which sorbet is currently in season. Those looking to experience new flavors can try one of the more unusual creations, like chestnut, olive oil, parmesan, or buffalo mozzarella. By the way, they also serve great coffee.
