MORGAN LIBRARY EXPANSION
PHOTOS MAPS

This midtown Manhattan library is a cultural treasure chest of some of the world’s greatest collections of rare books, musical and artistic works, and illuminated manuscripts. The major renovation and expansion project spearheaded by architect Renzo Piano included doubling the exhibition space, adding an underground vault area with a 280-seat auditorium, and designing a modern steel-and-glass structure as its new Madison Avenue entrance.
