The young Swiss star chef, Meta Hiltebrand, discovered her passion for cooking at an early age. Now, she also delights the guests with this at what is already her second restaurant. She swears by fresh, local ingredients and uses these to conjure up delectable, market-fresh Mediterranean cuisine—fine, but not fussy. Le Chef is special in every way: Here you will find what is probably Zürich’s only full-service cigar lounge.
