Owner and chef of Il Pagliaccio, Anthony Genovese, combines his experiences gained while working in Asia with classic international dishes. The influence of Italian cuisine is also an important part of the mix. This fusion results in stunning creations like “scallops with ricotta foam and jasmine in beetroot stock.” We suggest the ten-course tasting menu to sample as many such dishes as possible—a great introduction although admittedly not cheap.
