Michelin-starred chef Sebastian Frank puts his own spin on Austrian cuisine. His skill in the kitchen has been described as “creative and modern,” and he takes his cooking seriously. Horváth is thus a restaurant without the stale concept or all the airs and graces of those typically manned by such a chef. It is, instead, young and a neighborhood hot spot, but also elegant and confidently stylish. The décor is free of pomp, in contrast to the high-class menu.
