Local before arrival
Even non-vegans love this juicery. The logo is as cool as the interior, with plenty of glass, dark wood and clear shapes. Founder Peggy Acke even brought in her creativity in naming her products. Smoothies are called “Greena Colada” or “Banana Mouskouri” and one of her sandwiches is dedicated to the acclaimed Belgian designer Martin Margiela. It’s hard to believe that Carotterie 2000 was born out of necessity. Due to her intolerance to different foods, Peggy sought out to find healthy alternatives and discovered her passion for cooking.
