Ahoi Marie founder Hauke Neumann fulfilled a lifelong dream when she bought this houseboat, with an eponymous boutique and a North-German restaurant. The maritime dining room serves regional delicacies like crab cakes with homemade potato salad and fish sandwiches, or simply coffee and tea with Frisian plum cakes. Everything is made from fresh, regional products. And because the tableware is sold here as well, diners can always take a bit of Hanseatic flair home with them.
