With bare concrete and visible metallic beams leading all the way to the kitchens, this temple of contemporary and experimental art is the Palais de Tokyo. Comfortable armchairs, upholstered in boiled wool, and round tables are witness to the surprising, traditional and yet innovative meals coming out of the kitchens. And to pay tribute to such a site of contemporary innovation, the mural paintings have been entrusted to that artist of wall painting, Bernard Brunon.
