Local before arrival
Aptly named for its location in Little India, adjacent to the ancient Hindu temple Sri Mariamman, Thai photographer Manit Sriwanichpoom opened this space in an immaculately restored house, with walls painted green and covered with artistic photographs. The narrow gallery often hosts remarkable temporary photo exhibitions, as well as permanent pieces from the owner himself, like the famous “Pink Man” series, which depicts a man dressed from head to toe in pink in various locations.
