This is what a coffee shop should look like when two hobby roasters open their own. Koen Bleuzé and Thijs Paijmans aren’t just interested in their caffeinated brew, though, but also for the origin and the story behind the beans. It only made sense to them that their venerable trade city needed a place serving great coffee. Bosbar is more than just a coffee shop, though. The owners view it as a collective devoted to the coffee bean and its devotees. It should go without saying that the coffee here is roasted in house.
