Aside from the Amaseena restaurant, housed in beachside tents, this resort’s architecture actually has very little Arabian character. It resembles more of a Mediterranean hotel with its low-profile design and roofs, as you would find in Florence. The rooms on the garden floor are only a few steps away from the pool and beach and are inspiring, with elegant furnishings, spacious patios, and views of the verdant grounds surrounding the hotel. Incidentally, the hair stylists at the in-house Pastels Salon are quite talented.
