Local before arrival
A casual dining place, it bills itself as a “market kitchen,” with dishes that are local and seasonal. The 1950s house has been tastefully restored and furnished with accessories from the adjoining design store. Expect dishes with inspiration from the Mediterranean countries. And while the wine list shows a bias to the Old World, the mixed drinks menu attempts to revive the art of mixology, with retro cocktails such as the Negroni, Sazerac, and Vesper.
