Pierre Hermé launched his career at the tender age of 14 under the tutelage of world-renowned pastry chef Gaston Lenôtre. Designed by Belgian architect Olivier Lempereur, Hermé’s boutique is dedicated solely to macarons and chocolates. The dark wood cases and the light installation emphasize the colors and shapes of the sweet pastries, from Infiniment Caramel (salted butter caramel) to Mogador (passion fruit and milk chocolate).
