This 12th century house is a unique restaurant at the edge of the Grinzinger vineyards. The menu’s first and only commandment is (translated loosely): “Thou shalt indulge.” And the exquisite Austrian specialties, supplemented by Bohemian, Italian, and French dishes make it easy for guests to obey. The dark wood, authentic architectural details, and historic stuccowork are complemented by contemporary art in the dining rooms. On hot summer days, the idyllic beer garden is especially pleasant.
