PAULY SAAL
PHOTOS MAPS

Housed within the historic Jüdische Mädchenschule (Jewish Girls’ School), this restaurant was inspired by Weimar Berlin, with pine colored booths, gilded chandeliers, and Murano glass. Recently adorned with a Michelin star, the restaurant is led by Michael Höpfl, who prepares traditional Austro-German specialties, primarily from regional, organic providers. The adjacent bar is a favorite amongst Berlin’s creatives, serving well-mixed cocktails and an impressive wine selection.
