An Adidas temple on the banks of the Spree River, this store is perfect for those who would rather go jogging along the river as opposed to just chilling by it. Nico Zeh (formerly at MADE) has created his Runbase into a Berlinesque haven. Equipped with showers and gear like the Brazilian and Japanese sister “Adidas Runbase” stores, the Berlin base also offers an array of healthy eats by a nutritionist and medical assistance related to running, from check-ups and fitness checks to running tests.
The base is also the right spot to try out new kicks before buying. Of course, it wouldn’t be true to Berlin if there weren’t regular events that turn into nighttime debauchery. For those who aren’t fans of running, there are also plenty of classes on offer in the neighboring sport hall, including yoga.
