MARCHÉ BEAUVAU PLACE D’ALIGRE
PHOTOS MAPS

This might be as authentic Paris as it gets. The 19th-century Beauvau Market Hall is one of the city’s oldest—the neighboring, colorful Marché d’Aligre arrived later. In the hall, you can find everything culinary France has to offer, from goose liver pâté and grilled suckling pig to the most exquisite of cheeses. It includes four butchers, two cheesemongers and two fishmongers, as well as Portuguese and Italian specialty shops, if you can believe it. They offer the highest quality for their prices.
