As Erich Burg began roasting coffee, the year was 1923. Today, his son Jens has become a true professional in this field and completely mastered the old "Probat UG 22" coffee roaster. In his shop freshly roasted beans are on display in a long row of golden gleaming bins, and smell enchanting. In addition to the various types of coffee, there are also tea, chocolate, spices, and many other goods.
