Master brewer Philipp Brokamp has transformed this former butcher's shop into a brewery and neighborhood pub. Tiled walls, sparkling brewing vats, rustic furniture, and a friendly clientele create a lively, feel-good atmosphere, with beer clearly the main ingredient. Pilsner, dark beer, and Hefeweizen (wheat beer) are brewed the traditional way but with an innovative twist: unfiltered, unpretentious, and unmistakable.
