It was once tricky to find bratwurst this side of the Channel. But Brighton-dwellers Florian Frey and Azi Falakshahi, aka the creators of Herman ze German, have done all the hard work for you. Selling at music festivals before opening their first shop in London in 2010, they bring you free-range bangers imported direct from their hometown in the southwest of Germany, with all the trimmings: fries, sauerkraut and potato salad.
