Local before arrival
Opened in 2004 in a former industrial building, HangarBicocca is a venue for the production, documentation, exhibition, and promotion of contemporary art. It showcases different artistic disciplines, including both emerging as well as established local and international talents. Space abounds: With over 129,000 square feet, HangarBicocca easily accommodates a permanent exhibition of monumental works by Fausto Melotti or Anselm Kiefer.
