Natacha Fink, the head chef, brings exotic culinary masterpieces to Rio – food that explodes with colour and aroma. They are refined versions of the traditional dishes of Amazon natives – her delicacies include cabbage-wrapped fish served with coconut cream, rice and roasted cassava flour – that can be enjoyed in either the cozy dining room or on the veranda on a hot day. The magnificent views and fresh breeze are certainly inviting.
