Tucked within the Four Seasons, Edge Steak is heating up Miami’s culinary scene. Under the direction of Chef Aaron Brooks, the restaurant serves timeless classics as well as contemporary fare that surely won’t disappoint. Be sure to try the signature tartar four ways, including delicious corvina, octopus, ahi tuna, and beef. Try the steaks too: the 24 oz. Tomahawk rib eye and the Delmonico are both worth a shot. This is one of the few restaurants to offer a great happy hour and s’mores by the terrace fire pit.
