Featuring views of the Goldbekkanal channel, Chapeau!’s dining areas are furnished with solid wood elements, steel mesh, and hanging lights made of derby hats, creating the feel of an urban fairyland. Owners Bobby von Appen and Wanja Schultz-Brummer drew their culinary inspiration from a trendy Parisian restaurant and ended up with a hit. Chapeau! serves grilled items such as burgers or—the specialty of the house—entrecôte steak along with pleasantly pulsating electro music and fresh drinks from the bar. Vegetarians will also be pleased with a wide range of choices.
