Local before arrival
This elegant restaurant with a large terrace, furnished by Christophe Pillet, lies in a quiet pedestrian zone not far from the Opera and Théâtre Edouard VII. Typical brasserie fare is served here: organic grilled salmon or Aberdeen steak with béarnaise sauce, for example. In the black marble bar, cocktail specialties are mixed like the Bertie Collins, with vodka, ginger liqueur, apple juice, vanilla, and ginger ale. There’s also an upper level with a lounge for private affairs.
