Once the home of Shakespeare’s acclaimed theatre, now London’s hub for creatives, designers and street-style aficionados. All around Brick Lane and Redchurch Street, the makers and shakers of East London are perpetuating the borough’s history. Ace Hotel fits right in, with a rough luxe interior inspired by Bauhaus elements, a pinch of indie coolness and vorticism, telling stories of a time when textile workers and furniture makers worked away in the area.
